Prepare for Your Visit

​You are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to unwind and enjoy a finely crafted espresso, cappuccino, or tea. Appointments begin promptly at their scheduled time. Early arrival does not guarantee an earlier start. We recommend keeping personal valuables with you throughout your visit.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. Emergencies will be considered at management discretion.

Health & Safety

The health and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. If you are feeling unwell, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will not apply. We maintain rigorous sanitation protocols, including thorough disinfection of tools and surfaces.

​​Scheduling & Confirmation

​We recommend pre-booking your next visit to secure your preferred appointment time. Straightening, keratin, extension, and other specialty services require a non-refundable 50% deposit based on the starting price of the service. Deposits are applied toward your total on the day of service. Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior via phone or text. Failure to confirm may result in appointment release. Late arrival may require service adjustment or rescheduling.

Guest Satisfaction & Retail Policy

​Color adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original service date. There are no refunds on services. All retail purchases are final sale. Unopened products may be returned for store credit only. 

Payment & Gratuities

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Gratuity is left to the discretion of our guests. A 20% gratuity is customary within our industry. Gratuities are accepted in cash only and cannot be processed through credit card transactions. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Colour Bar Hair Loyalty Program

Beginning with your first visit, earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services and retail purchases. Points may be redeemed toward select Colour Bar Hair services. Point balances appear at the bottom of your receipt.

Points hold no cash value and are non-transferable. Points may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or special pricing. Redemption must be requested at the time of booking. Colour Bar Hair reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

Referral Appreciation

Receive a $20 service credit for every new guest referred to Colour Bar Hair. Referral credits may be applied toward future services and hold no cash value.
