Feel free to arrive 15 minutes prior to our appointment to relax, have fine espresso, cappuccino or a cup of tea and breathe away the stress of your day. We ask that you arrive to Colour Bar Hair no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. In addition, we ask that you read through our Polices and Health & Safety section below. One of our top priorities has been to provide the safest environment for both our guests and team members. We request that you leave your valuables at home or keep them with you during your stay with us.
Health and Safety
At Colour Bar Hair, the health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment for everyone who enters our salon. In light of this commitment, we kindly ask you for your cooperation. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, we respectfully request that you reschedule your hair appointment. This precaution is essential to prevent the spread of illness and to safeguard the health of both our clients and team members. We understand that illness is unexpected, and your health is paramount. Therefore, in the event of illness, our regular cancellation policy will not apply in these, hopefully rare, occasions. We encourage you to prioritize your well-being and the well-being of others by kindly rescheduling your appointment at your earliest convenience. As always, we continue to maintain our rigorous sanitation standards in our salon, including regular sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
Scheduling and Confirming Your Appointment
In order to secure your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend that you pre-book your next service. This may be done over the phone or before leaving the salon. In addition, when pre-booking a straightening or keratin service, a non-refundable 50% deposit equal to the starting cost of the service is required to hold this time slot. Please be assured that this deposit will be credited to your service total at the time of your appointment and received service. Finally, please keep in mind that your appointment for any service may have to be rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.
In order to keep your upcoming appointment, you must confirm with us at least 24 hours prior to your set appointment time. This may be done by calling the salon and/or replying to the confirmation text message you will receive. If no confirmation is made with at least 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Cancellation Policy
We are aware that life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointment just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you do so with at least 24 hours notice. This way our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that emergencies and unavoidable issues may arise and will do our best to work with you. Failure to provide us with 24 hours notice will result in cancellation fee as follows. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time & 'no shows' will result in a fee charged that is equal to 100% of the cost for services booked.
Guest Services and Retail Policy
Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to our attention and we will rectify the situation immediately. Any color adjustments needed have a seven day grace period from the day services were performed. There are no refunds on services. All sales are final. Returns on unopened products for store credit only.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. No personal checks.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. However, all tipping must be done in cash; tips cannot be added onto credit cards. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Referral Program and Loyalty Points
Get a $20 credit for every friend and family member you send our way. Being a loyalist to Colour Bar Hair Salon Company earns you 1 point for every dollar you spend. Guests may find their accumulated points value at the bottom of their receipt. Loyalty Points Redemption can be discovered in the rewards menu.

Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.

We serve many complimentary refreshments: espresso, cappuccino, specialty teas, regular and decaf coffee to name a few.
Children
For the safety and well-being of all children brought to Colour Bar Hair, we ask that adult supervision is strongly enforced. Hot irons and sharp scissors are within reach. Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
