Guest Services
Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to our attention and we will rectify the situation immediately. Any color adjustments needed have a seven day grace period from day services were performed. There are no refunds on services. All sales are final. Returns on unopened products for store credit only.
Scheduling
In order to have your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes prior to our appointment to relax, have fine espresso, cappuccino or a cup of tea and breathe away the stress of your day. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if your arrive late.
Cancellation Policy
We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. We maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. *No shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a 100% service charge.
Allergies
Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.
Refreshments
We serve many complimentary refreshments: espresso, cappuccino, specialty teas, regular and decaf coffee to name a few.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. We accept all credit card payments, and cash. No checks allowed.
Gratuities
Gratuities may not be added to credit card charges, nor are we able to add them to gift certificates.
Children
For the safety and well-being of all children brought to Colour Bar Hair, we ask that adult supervision is strongly enforced. Hot irons and sharp scissors are within reach. Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
Valuables
We request that you leave your valuables at home or keep them with you during your stay with us.

There are municipal parking lots & metered parking in close proximity.
