Health and Safety Policy

Please note that this policy will be frequently adjusted as per the CDC guidelines and New York State Mandates.
As of 2/11/2022, Colour Bar Hair Salon Company has eliminated the need to prove vaccination status upon arrival and each guest has the freedom to choose to wear a mask or not.  Please review our Covid-19 safety measures prior to your visit.
 
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 
-Guests will have the opportunity to purchase - 4-layer Nano Silver Technology certified - reusable masks from Colour Bar Hair (Raypath with Nano Silver Technology)
 
Minimizing physical touch points
-Cashless transactions will be available for payments.  Gratuities available in cash only.  Envelopes will be provided for your convenience.
-CBH guests will be offered freshly laundered gown to put over their clothing. Please wear clothing that will allow full access to your hair (e.g. no turtlenecks) and that you wouldn’t mind if our products got on them.

Air quality
-Our locations have professional HVAC systems that continuously filters and clean the air
 
Highest standards of sanitization 
-All stations will be thoroughly disinfected before and each guest
-Our common area surfaces will be continuously disinfected throughout the day
-As always, service implements, will be disinfected between each guest
-We will be ensuring frequent and thorough hand-washing for everyone
 
COVID-19 Supervisor 
-Dedicated COVID-19 supervisor on site at all times to ensure all COVID-19 health and safety procedures are being followed
 
Before reopening
-CBH salon will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
-All linens will be cleaned with the newest Raypath concentrated washing liquid
-Changes will be made within the salon protocol to support social distancing
